Breath of the Emperor Ukuphefumula Kombusi (a.k.a. Nefsa)
Ukuphefumula Kombusi or Nefsa, is an Elite servant to the Rhultak Emperor and carries out the will of the Emperor. They are also the one in charge when the Emperor is between successors.
As an extension of the Rhultak Empire, Mengbilla University is not at liberty to share details other than those that are known to the public already.
