Billy
Billy drew the wrong cards at birth. Being a bit weaker in his first year, he was abandoned in front of a Human orphanage. That was the last of his bad luck however.
He was soon adopted by a market salesman and his wife and started helping out his father by the age of 5. He worked very hard and made his adoptive parents proud. That is why when he found a soulcage in the market trash one day, he took it home with him and put it in a box.
Soon however, that find would spin his live completely out of control and push him to choose between the world he was brought up in and the world that cast him out.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Billy is a tad short on average for his age. He is however very strong, so much so that he has already received multiple offers to join several high ranking mercenary troops recruiting at the market places of Mengbilla.
Identifying Characteristics
It is nothing he ever thought about, but his eyes are stunningly blue. Some call it Royal Blue. As such, he has taken to looking down when speaking to others.

Though Rhultak are fluid and only behave a certain way when encountering other races, Billy has always identified as masculine as a result of him being raised as a son by his Human parents.

Billy is what you'd call streetsmart, working early on with his father prepared him to read people and make decisions based on more than just apparent information.

Motivation
Billy has no other motivation than to support his parents, a human couple that took in a Rhultak, and to make sure that in his short life he can help them retire.
Likes & Dislikes
Eating with Humans, he was taught to eat certain types of meat and fish. Rhultaks have difficulty processing them as they are complete herbivores, but Billy has learned to appreciate fishroe with his vegetables.
